GAPOVER M.D.'s niche in closing the gap in healthcare is that of offering health care in the office, visits via video conferencing and personal care home visits. The most vulnerable populations, including senior citizens and veterans, will realize the convenience of healthcare and better outcomes through GAPOVER M.D.
In office, patients can check in via the use of our kiosk platform or they can use paper with the assistance of office staff. We can communicate with patients in reminders of visits via text message, email, and telephone calls. Our desire is to close the gap for as many members of the most vulnerable populations-- senior citizens and veterans.

Personal Home Care:
- Mental health/behavioral health care by licensed social workers certified in behavioral and mental health assessments
- Personal home care--baths/sitting/assistance in home management via personal care assistants and certified nursing assistants
- We collaborate with specialists and refer as needed
- Laboratory services are scheduled for the convenience of our patients through multiple sites offered by LabCorp
- Radiology services are coordinated with community providers
- Inpatient care is provided by trained hospitalists who keep the primary care provider of GAPOVER M.D. Informed
- Prescriptions are electronically submitted through secure portals
- Prosthetic, durable equipment partnerships are in progress
